that would be a conflict of interest between you, your boss and your work... I would agree with the first comment.. "you should draw the line" and let him know that of course I would agree again with the first comment... "in a polite way"... if that thing becomes worst you will start hating your job.

oh maybe thats just in my company that there is a so called no "relationship with co-employee rule" and it may not be "nepotism" but its unethical in the HR's rules to have relationships with co-employee. if u are in the same department i guess its not that bad unless ur in sales and she is in accounting then that is a problem. conflict of interest...
