Dilikado ma guba imong UPS and ur PSU if mag low voltage maski unsa pana ka mahal ug nindot.

Low voltage is a serious electric problem that have to be fixed by VECO. WAY ma luwas ana.

Low Voltage is a Common problem here in Cebu. Its actually the cause of many PC downtimes.

Cheap AVRs just wont work. Buy branded AVRs like Panther. You can get them at true value or downtown Electronic stores, most computer shops sell sucky el cheapo avrs especially kanang mga less than 1k. Mura ranag extension cord.

    Protect yourself.
    - Use A good PSU, not meaning to be bias but do your research and use Silverstone PSUs with APFC. With this you are protecting your entire PC even with out an AVR. But I still recommend butang UPS for brown outs.

    yep APFC sa silverstones works...
i have like 3 pcs at home
2 have silverstone psu's and 1 with enermax
    the one's with silverstones don't have avr's
the one with enermax has one IC type not relay
nag fluctuate ang kuryente then the one with enermax crashed
the ones with silverstones was ok
    Active PFC's really works
wala ko nagbasol sa ako investment with silverstones
pero kung kada adlaw nalang low voltage sa inyo lugar
then call veco and have that fixed
dili baya na sila mubayad kung naay maguba sa inyo appliances...

We had a similar incident sa office, all PCs no AVR. Two Old generic PCs and one PC was with Silverstone, ST50f. Ni under voltage mga 3-4 seconds, everything ni dim, lights etc, there was even a buzzing electrical sound, all PCs nga walay Silverstone PSU was out, no power, while the one with SST was alive and kicking and didnt even wink ;-D
