I don't have updates bro, except for the news article I read this week that the NBI/OMB/BSA has intensified its anti-piracy drive in Negros. Probably, ni-menor ra sila kay daghan loopholes sa ilang pamaagi pag-raid.

Hope you could help me on tihs one. What is the requirements for having an Internet cafe? I heard of ICAF? Internet Cafe organization? Do we really need to register to them before we can get mayors' permit or bizness permit? What other requirements in putting a internet cafe bizness.
