IMHO, Thinking Tools Incorporated is the cheapest in Cebu. Just give them a formal quotation of the cheapest quote you have canvassed & they will lower their price provided it has the same specs. warranty is no problem too. if your purchased device is found to be defective & is still under warranty, they will replace it outright without any arguments or hassles. Good Luck!!!

THAT'S ODD! Thinking Tools change my gadgets or peripheral devices/components for the whole 365days/1year if found to be defective.
