w/ regards to FBI visiting Cebu, here's another one:
"An NBI-7 Cebu Expert was named one of the country's most outstanding criminologist this yr.
Camillus "Doy" Allego who surprised a FBI instructor last year by saying he's been analyzing finger prints since 1972, received the citation yesterday.
He was among the trainees in the Interpol Mobile AFIS (Automated Fingerprint ID System) last July. Allego is a member of NBI-DVI Phils Dactyloscopy Team that is currently taking care of IDing bodies of those who died in the MV Princess tragedy."
