So UP remains the school that doesn't have uniforms? Well, compare the students in UP with USC and CIT, UP students fight for their rights and do what they believe is right and fair. Unlike the new breeds in USC (I don't know CIT's case), the best they can do is complain, they even let their parents do the enrollment for them. A big LOL.

Here's a very ironic part, students and teachers are all required to wear uniforms and more than half of the faculty are wearing street clothes during class days.
