Globe and PLDT. Duh. And they can give crappy service all they want coz
Average users are afraid of the disconection fee, mao na ma.forced sila ug stay til the contract expires.\

Besides, if they really wanted to please their subscribers... they would drop their retarded and lazy call center agents.

Nakatry ko sa duha and better jud ang pldt. Ang globe cge ug network error and naa some sites/services dili maka-access unless mu-reconnect ka sa lain IP. But in terms of downloading, paspas raman nuon. But they say ang corporate plans nindot daw. Ambot lang kaha.

that is really out of line. Let's face the simple fact that in the entire Philippines, there are only two major Telcos who have the infrastructure, manpower, experience, and finances to service/provide customers with telecommunication needs. The only way to get better service is if naay strong, competent, very very very well-funded competitor into the picture. and most importantly, kana dili ma-palit ni telco no. 1 and telco no. 2. everytime, naay company nga mu-pose ug threat to either, palitun or "buy out" dayun nila.

Tan-awa ato mga neighboring asian countries, pwerting ninduta sa ila broadband internet service. and sa states, and DSL connection nila is like our T1/E1 connection nga speed.

Kung naay major threat to these two jerkos, nganha pa na sila mu-improve. professionalism has slacked the wheels of efficiency in these companies because they know they can afford to do just that.

"if you don't like our service, you're free to transfer to another telco....oh wait that's right....there aint non other!:P" - This is most likely what these telcos have in mind.

Mostly sa mga plan ... like mine.. Pldt 990 before then Globe 990 and back to PLDT hehehe hasol. sige down ang connection for 3 hours or more.

But for me... pakapin rana ang connection sa mga plan. They focus big companies like ... BPO and Call Centers.

WTH gyud... antos nalang ako gani. thanks.

kay kung naa pa apply jud ko kay I reall need the stability.
    karon duha tawon ang connection.
try kuno pangutana sa ila business centers bai ug mu offer ba gyud sila.. I assume sa globe na side, globelines man gyud imo gamit (which is for home users, and even ila gitawag na corporate account kay naka PPPoE).. try kuno check sa Globequest gyud nila na offerings, kay mao gyud ni ila corporate na connections.. sa PLDT kay PLDT ra gyud ang mu offer wa nay laing pangalan.. weheheh

    To istoryanimo:

nahan pa ka balhin?? try kuno bayantel kay murag stable pa ron ilahang infrastructure... amo diri office, kay okay bya au ila connection.. we transferred from Globe to Bayantel, kay aside sa speed medyo barato sila compared sa uban... Take note lng diay, corporate amo account, so dili pud ko mu assure nimo ug okay gyud sa home user accounts...
