Since this is for the Centennial celebration, I presume this is a big one, hence, is this pageant solely for students only or alumni are included as well? I haven't been to UP Cebu for a long time, I miss those NSMD days!

it's not for the Centennial Celebration... but it will be in line with the Centennial... Miss UP has been a yearly event now which started last school year.. yes, it will be a big one.
