I understand and have done a bit of self study but are there training centers here that have people know subject and have good teaching skills? At times its also good to interact, talk with knowlegeable people.

im taking it with slow response , there may be no good schools or training facility for Web, Flash, Java or SQL in cebu?

libre? I doubt it. pero.. naay available tutorials online nga masaligan dyud... video tutorials dyud.. usually mga videos dyud ko... sa schools og short term courses? mura.. d ko mosalig... (in my own opinion) lang ha... yaw mo kasuko... mahalan ra ko sa price....

i suggest you go to online tutorial. there are so many free online tutorials available. Do research lang sa google.com bro. and then go self study and testing.

Allright from the responses it sort of proves to me that there are really no good learning centers in Cebu where one can interact with group , study face to face or have a good reliable trainer/teacher.
