para nako pinakasafe investment of ur money wud be to buy lot n u sudivide the lot sur jude ko naa ka profit but dili lng net of 200k a month but sometimes ur captal investment wud b triple.

base on my experience we bought a property that cost us 500k (undevelop) 2 years ago we subdivde the lot to 32units and per unit cost 200k each
