i would just like to air my fiance's frustration over cebu pacific's personnel. his digicam was stolen inside his padlocked backpack after he checked in last night for his trip back to singapore. he was sure it was inside the bag and his sis saw him place it inside the bag too. the zipper positioning was also changed. although he filed a complaint to cebu pacific, he doesn't expect to recover the stolen digicam. as a regular customer who patronizes their international flights 8-10 times a year, he is just too frustrated of the kind of service he got in return.
