ai focus = auto ni sya, from one shot to ai servo, mauni ako mostly ggamit...let say you are focusing to one subject nya you dont have any idea if mulihok ba cya or dili....
in my experience i wouldnt recommend ai focus in situation like say you are focusing on a person and you are waiting for the subject to look your way or at an angle at that point its aifocus is set to oneshot, but then if an object in the background or foreground walk by or moves by, the ai focus mights get confused and switch to ai servo and tracks the movement and you would have lost the shot.
so plenty other moving objects in the frame best to stick with single shot
note some cameras and lenses offer better ai servo tracking that others...that can also play an important role in deciding the type of af mode to use
