atbang sa sm bro,its been 4 years nga regular customer ko nila but karon dili nako moplait nila oi,

katang muclaim ka ug warranty replacement like hard disks, maabtan ba ug 3 months ug hinuwat para ka ma-ilisan ug replacement?

istambay ra gyud ang pc sa akong mama kay wala nila na-ilisi dayon ang hard disk... this happened last year.

ako bro dli kay favor ko sa pcx ha.. ako man hibal.an is ila suppliers is mostly manila gyd, mao na kung lapas na AWR period ila gyd na padala sa manila kay warranty pa mn pd na sa ila supplier thats y moabot gyd ug more or less 1 month.. kay dli ra man gd ang pcx ang gi cater ana nga supplier mao madugay2 gyd.. its a matter of UNDERSTANDING and PATIENCE..

karon ako bad service, i went there on a sunday last month to ask if naa cla CM690 casing, so as expected from that case, no stock available, and ask ko if pwede mag request, ok raman kono, hatag ko sa ako name and contact#. after pila ka days nag inquire ko, ana ko "unsa na balita sa case dha bai" ana cla "hala sir wala pa raba ni reply ang warehouse" after pila ka days ask npd ko "naa na balita ang case na order nako bai" ana npd cla with the lamest xcuse ive ever heard "na admit man gud ang anak sa nag duty dd2 sir"

naa sad ko nabantayan aning PCEX last week nakaplit ko pila ka units dira ... nabantayan nako sa ilang Saturn nga casing nga ang mga PSU ang mga seal kai gisi na! Nagsalig man gud ko gud kai dugay nako dira ba wala mga binuang ... Sus karon magbantay na jud ko ako na lang jud ipa check og tagsa2x ang casing.. Nahitabo na jud ni pila na pero wala lang nako gi dalikyat sa ilaha kai kapoyan nako mao ra gihapon systemaha ... dugay kaau ka aksyon.

we should not blame the computer shops if the units we bought from them fail or ni malfunction...
take note that people are the biggest cause of electrostatic dischange (ESD).. imagine our body discharges 20~2000 volts…

through direct contact (without proper ESD groundings), these amount of voltage can damage the sensitive components
of your pc and you won’t even know the damage has occurred.

so when your working with your pc, try wearing wrist straps and connect the other end to the psu to drain off the charges
you've generated.

prior installation of newly purchased unit, read first the instruction manual provided by the vendor...
