Regarding your biz idea, okay man sya. However, you should bear in mind what will happen in the long-run.

    Like for example:

    1. What if you cannot get clients for your first month of operations, what will happen to the fixed costs and the agents you are paying? Can you sustain paying them even if you don't have income?

    2. Do you have back up plans in case your client will run away and not pay you at all, can you sustain it?

    3. How can you beat up the competition with those 2 other call centers in your place and mostly like in the country that garnered worldwide recognition?

    4. What will make you unique from among the many call centers here in the Philippines?

Try to weigh things over, I am not discouraging you, it is just there are lot of things to consider when what is involved is a big capital on this business. In order to render quality service to clients you need to invest more in the equipment and training for your agents as well.

Well, good luck! Hopefully you can come up with the better decision and partners.

Good point here. Bro consider all the negative possibilities before looking at the earnings. I would like to share to you a point given by my mentor - "You need to have a reserve fund enough to pay the salaries of your employees for one year and a half and just use it purely for their salaries and benefits 'cause when you get momentum you may not have any left for your workers."

I am not in the call center industry though i am into outsourcing but not as contact center. We have a fair share of experiences of clients that did not pay us and we have to pay our workers since we are the one who contracted the jobs. But foreigners seldom break away from deals... so don't worry so much on payments from clients.

For me the contact center industry is very competitive in terms of hiring the right work force, just look at how the ad spending on the newspapers, billboards and events. More power to you and hopefully you can pursue your biz.

Risky gyud kaayo xa.. Right now, im still trying to negotiate with my relatives that are in also planning to put up a call center also. They are still looking for clients that are willing to provide the equipment also. They said their are some clients that will provide most of the equipment like the PBX system, the computers, and the server.
