Condominium is ok is you're not the nature/outdoorsman type. Also, you couldn't care less for green grass and you prefer to barbecue/grill food in your kitchen than in the backyard.

House and lot is free for all. By that, I mean you can do whatever you want, even hold loud big parties because you have enough room, and your neighbors are not wall-to-wall who can clearly hear every thing that goes on. =D

so in short, house and lot gyud.=D
