Eh? There are over 10 minor quakes and 2 moderate quakes within the confines of what is defined as "Philippine Terrority" daily. We live on an archipelago that straddles several major faults and we are on the Pacific "Rim of Fire". Naturally, we're in earthquakelandia.
Andy's report above doesn't necessarily mean that that is the same quake that Harvz felt. The minor quakes range from 1-2 on the Richter scale, too low to be felt, but the minor ones can be 3-4.

but coincidentally it was on the same time, well a few minutes difference. even my officemates felt it.

kung naa ka sa taas sa building.. kana maka feel jud ka ana.. our office is at the 6th floor... just last month, I felt two minor earthquakes in one week. hehe then pag naog namo for smoke break, we asked the guard if he felt it, wala daw. hehehe
