Would you believe the saying that ....You can have a good career but you cannot have a good family, likewise you can have a good family but at the same time you cannot have a good career.... coz you cannot have them both. You have to sacrifice one. In short you have to choose one....

my best memories of my late dad was when was around the house despite the busy work schedule he had. his energy revives whenever he sees his family. it may be tough to do nowadays but it can be done.

But what about to those who are abroad seeking greener pastures for their family... then what happen

to their children or in the reverse the man is a seaman what happen to their wife or kidz. Temptation is always there. I think the best thing can have both is prayer and constant communication and bonding.

It's a fallacy. Both can be managed very well. What most people miss out is that they get so busy with their careers that they tend to forget the very reason why they are doing their careers, their family.

you can have them both... its just a matter of balancing your time and prioritizing what is good for you and your family. its so stupid and lazy to hear that you cant do both. yes you can have both! if you really care for your family, youd work your ass off taking care of them and as well as making sure that you help in providing food for your table.

Unfortunately, the days when a person can choose are long gone. Gone are the days when families are able to survive on a one-income household. So, choosing between one's family and one's career is not even an option anymore. Most people have no choice but to do the usual juggling act.

Career vs Family these days, you can't have a family if you don't have stable career. I would say, both! It's a matter of how you manage your time to your career and spend time with your family during your rest days. Always sneak time to your family. Little tiime spend not matter's as long you make most of it.
