oh,i didnt know it was illegal IN THE PHILS., maybe there's no law yet, or even if there is, its not being implemented , so i guess its still ok.,pardon me for my ignorance, i dont research well as you do. well, for the meantime, i'll just enjoy this.

of course you can brag about your 120kph, kinsa may nag ingon nga di.

hmmm i believe you - if that happens during nighttime.
majority of the hit and run involving buses sa adlaw mahitabo.
it's another issue because it centers on the driving habit and not the headlights.
anyway, bisan pag adlaw abi gihapon nila ug iring.

in case u didn't know yet, it has already been implemented in metro manila. murag 5k ang multa...and the provinces will follow later.

and no its not ok, abi ky wapa man na implement dire, ing ana nlng ta ka insensitive and irresponsible.

and i didn't brag about my 120kph. i am just showing that there's really no need to use HID to drive at night...

and about hit and run cases sa mga buses, it usually happens during daytime. either gaduka ang driver or gadali sa quota. meaning, reckless driving.
