Bad experience:
My simple textual presentation w/c i made for my MBA class using Office 2007, showed up distorted with some of the text misaligned in a PC w/ Office 2003 although it was saved in 2003 already.

hehehe same here bro .. 1 hr before my presentation at our MMExM class every thing was distorted and misaligned .. damn for about 3 sleepless nights! good thing I have a backup copy converted to 2003. Thats why I uninstall everything and went back to my old 2003 version!

but on my open office I never really had this kind of problem! very peculiar for a free software

I LOVE IT!

the interface is soo awesome and easy. the best feature i like about it is

LIVE PREVIEW, just hover ur mouse over the option you like and it will show a live preview, if u click it it will take effect.

im using 512mb RAM and pentium 4 2.0Ghz NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER, i dunno what u people are talking about how slow it is or what... lol seriously 2007 is the best version of office. not only is it more easy on the eyes or more accessible, its also way more faster as ive noticed.

im not using enterprise tho, im using professional.

move forward people, you dont need to use 2003, everyone i know is using 2007 now and im using 2007 on my laptop for presentations.

if u notice also the 2007 formats are much more compressed! which makes it much easier to send stuff, e.g. my word doc filled with pics and reports in 2003 .doc format was 24mb!!! i saved it in docx format and it lowered by half. 10mb!

if have small memory your pc will become more slower. just upgrade to 2 gig to satisfied the applications

Same as 2003 but kinda nice looking na siya. Been using it for 5 months na pero gitang2x nako nibalik ko sa 2003 kay much faster man.

Tried this one and ill stick with it na. hehe.. Nindot kaayo na software and nakaingon ko na usa ni sa pinaka-nindot nga softwares nga naa nako ron. Akong mga friends sad nag-switch na sila ani na version.
