i am just citing how lame the excuse is that just because the lamposts are poorly lit, u use illegal HIDs. coz even jeepneys that do not have headlights can even drive at night. Even cars w/ factory bulbs can drive at night.

Do u know that our car's factory headlamp are even designed for roads without street lights at all? Have u tried going south Cebu at night? i do, and i have no visibility problems whatsoever. i have no HIDs and to think dark akong tint.

and do u know the catch phrase for illegal HIDs?

    MORE GLARE, LESS LIGHT.

di nata maglalis pa. ILLEGAL HIDs produce high glare and temporary blindness to the other drivers. To some, it is very discourteous.
your not comparing? ka klaro ato imo post "ah jeepney gani way suga ha mkapasahero pa man lage"... lame excuse? for me thats the perfect excuse for having HID, why would i change my lights if streets are properly lit? . and who said HID's are ILLEGAL? if it was, then DTI would not approved selling those. and what do you mean MORE GLARE LESS LIGHT? i compare kuno stock HL sa HID kung less light ba as what you have claimed.try kuno drive dha sa SRP after sa bridge, kana wala man jud na suga, even my HID(lo) cannot see the road ahead, kinhanglan jud hi.

its your choice if you want to drive with your crappy headlights.

kanang, pwede muhangyo, if naa mo sa siyudad ba, pwede palungon lang nang HID nga foglamps or i-low beam pud ninyo if ever naka HID mo? necessary ba diay jud mag siga ang (HID or not) foglamps sulod sa siyudad?

mga 8 years nako ga drive, ordinary halogen light akong gamit, wala pa pud jud intawn ko na disgrasya sukad bisan biyahe ko long distance (like to danao or moalboal) a night. kapila nako kasugat, 2 ka headlights, 2 ka foglamps, pareha ra kahayag, dili baya pud jud tawn mu low beam bisan musignal ka nila.

so, please use your HIDs responsibly. thanks!

so all brandnew cars using stock halogen headlights are crap?! or is it your eyes needs to be retrofitted.

well my eyes are perfectly fine.., its subjective, if you feel like your headlights are crap, then upgrade. as for me, i found out my HL were crap after upgrading to HID. so i guess it was.

ok, cge gi compare nlng para way lalis. but still u didn't get my point.

i say that's a lame excuse coz having HIDs is not the only way to improve visibility. why go illegal, irresponsible, and discourteous when u can go legal, responsible and at the same time courteous?

and who says it's illegal? OMG can u not google it urself? yes, i admit that DTI has not yet produced clear guidelines as to what is legal and not but what i'm saying here is the international standards. Mao btaw na ang buhaton unta ni Edgardo Labella, paghimo ug balaud bahin ana ky wa pa man...

and about the MORE GLARE, LESS LIGHT, i'm not the one who's claiming it. Here, i will post this again:

YouTube - Illegal HID Convesion Kits Explained

i hope u will really watch it and not just skip this one again...most probably, ur car's HID is like the one at the right side of the video...

and btw, i can even go 120kph in SRP using only my factory headlights...and to think nka tint pa gyud ko ug dark...

and admit it or not, another lame excuse is GARBO...heck, this can't even qualify for an "excuse".
