Differences Between the Candidates' Health Reform Proposals link to commonwealthfund.org
"Obama's proposal for mixed private–public group insurance with a shared responsibility for financing has greater potential to move the health care system toward high performance than does McCain's proposal to encourage individual market coverage through the use of tax incentives and deregulation. According to an estimate discussed in the report, in 10 years McCain's proposal would reduce the number of people who are uninsured by 2 million out of a projected 67 million, while Obama's plan would reduce the number of uninsured people by 34 million."

I cant call obama as the first Black / African American President... His Biracial... He has a white mother and a Kenyan father.. and he doesnt have a really solid platform of government.. and how could someone who was a child raised in Indonesia with his mother and his stepfather and when he went to live in the United States of America he lived in a white community with his white grandparents. So how would he know exactly the struggles of an african american... I strongly feel that the next president would be Obama and the vice president would be Palin...

bisag kinsay pa'y nagbuhi niya, it can't be denied nga naa gihapon syay dugo nga black.. but that doesn't matter as long as he is competent enough in the White house... I believe he was not raised in Indonesia.. murag naka-skwela lang sya didto for a short period. Di pwede Obama-Palin mam.. kung modaog Obama, automatic na pod si Biden.. Kung modaog McCain, Palin will be the VP. good luck America..

lol... i don't understand why A LOT of people have seen Palin's performance as "beyond expectations". it's easy to view her as that when the expectation bar has been set so low. i credit Biden for not attacking Palin directly instead, focused on McCain's failed policies.
