kinsa nag.pre-eclampsia pagpanganak dri?
ako nag pre-eclapmsia jud koh..
akong BP is 140/100 ato nga tym..gi admit nlng ko and gi force labor(induce) to think 8 months pah ako tummy ato..
premature ako baby and pwerti jud nia gmaya 4lbs rah..

kinsa nag.in-ani pag.panganak?share pud moh n.u xperience.
kay im pregnant npud so need koh advices bcn naa mo ikatambag
unsaon pag.prevent sa eclampsia..

never had this with my 2 pregnancies,thank God,but my sis- in law did,maluoy ko ato niya nga time,same situation and method being used when she delivered my nephew,hayz kuyawan kau mi ato mao nakakaon cguro ug tagam wala na jud nila sundi ako nep,i asked my ob abt this condition, There is no known way to prevent pre-eclampsia, but with good prenatal care..you can catch the condition early and keep it under control.
just be watchful with your diet lang jud like limit salty food,drink lots of h20,avoid caffeined bev,exercise and vit..intake esp.Vitamin D which experts say can reduce the risk of preeclampsia.

sakto si kiekim. limit gyud ka anang salty foods like junk, processed, ug uban pa. pre-ec pud ko pag preggy nako 3rd trimester na to. akong nakita nga reason nga na pre-ec ko kay wala koy control sa akong diet. cge kog kaon bisan unhealthy. ganahan kaayo ko ug corned beef ato nga time.

check your BP regularly at home. ang gi ingon sa OB once mo rise ang BP dritso dayon sa hospital. kuyaw akong experience. gi dala ko sa hospital kay ni taas akong pressure. when i got there gi induce nalang ko kay fullterm naman pd so okay ra. ang nahitabo na CS nuon kay CPD. pag discharge nako na admit napud ko the next day kay ni shoot up akong BP murag 200 systolic tingali to. gi Magnesium sulfate gyud ko ato. sakit kaayo injection every 4 hrs sa lubot pa gyud huhuhu. mao nga wala pa gyud koy plano sundan akong anak.

la nuon ko na cs sis..na injectionan pud ko sa lubot..
sakit au induce uy..as n! 6months npud ako tummy ron hapit nasad ko manganak..
tsk..
check jud koh permi sa akong BP always para pag monitor..

triad sa pregnancy-induced hypertension kay:
1. increased blood pressure
2. decreased urine output and proteinuria
3. edema/weight gain

mao lang gyud ni timan-i ug obserbahi.

for now, get some rest, darken the room (bright lights can trigger seizures, that is, kung pre-ec ka) and your diet should be rich in protein and low in sodium. of course, prenatal visits should not be missed!

good luck sa imong 2nd pregnancy. i hope it's more comfortable now than it was on your first. hehehe!

dapat careful jud ka kay naa naman diay ka history.. dapt regular jud imu pre natal, nya dapt hospital jud ka kay cesarian man jud na.. mas mau mag pa package ka para less ra imu ma bayaran... monitor jud imu bp.
