    yes... a lot of your memory is utililize by spywares... especially kung daghan na kaayo.

    setting it to dynamic memory is ok. if your virtual memory runs out, thats the time the message appears and it would take awhile for the OS to increase the virtual memory. Best solution though is to add more RAM.
