it was not mentioned in the bible that jesus went down to hell to be crucified.

earth is not the hell but earth is the kingdom of Satan. dats y we shud not luv earthly stuffs. hell is a place to those who fail to accept Christ as Lord and Savior in their life. we must acknowledge that we are sinners by birth for the bible says for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. no matter how good u are you really cant save urself. Jesus came as a substitute. we came to die for our sins. because God is holy and we are sinners that s why we need a Savior in da person of Christ. the bible says "without the shedding of blood their is no forgiveness of sins" Jesus paid the whole penalty on the cross. all you have to do is to repent. repentance means turning from sin and turning to God. ask Jesus to come to ur life. believe that He died for ur sins on the cross and receive Him as Lord and Savior in ur life.
