Have you heard of Civet Coffee? what do you guys know about it?

civet coffee is coffee made from coffee beans that were eaten by a civet cat. the beans are crapped whole (only the pulpy stuff is digested in the civet cat's stomach) and the crappy beans are gathered by hand then roasted. there is a brand called coffee alamid (the local name for civet cat) which are sold in a few stores. i did see it in selfridge's in london. here in cebu, try abaseria in mabolo.

The aroma, the texture hmmmmm.
