unfortunately, theres a misconception amongst media persons in cebu regarding this AO.. everybody seems to think that the AO only affects Motorcycles, when in fact, it greatly affects four-wheeled vehicle such as cars, auvs, vans, etc....

ive been sending well-known media personalities of the copy of the AO and point out to them that the AO concerns private cars as well.

maybe its time for us to voice out also and have our objections be heard too!
