The seminar last October 25, 2008 was postponed. The new schedule for the free seminar will be this coming November 15, 2008. Still at 1 PM in the Elite room of the Diplomat Hotel in F. Ramos street.

I am an off-on member of this group since way back 1997 in UP Manila then here in Cebu.

My friend is with the group since and has mastered the techniques and tai-chi.

Been inactive cause we moved to the far south for quite a long time but planning to come back again.
