KK Fine Dining at Parkmall just opened. The food is good, it's Malaysian-Chinese Resto, i personally like their seafood curry - it's really authentic, not the usual curry you find in any resto here. there's chinese kinilaw (fish), fresh whole steamed fish, crispy bihon, stingray!... hmm... this is making me hungry.

Crinkle, Okay lemme see...hmmmmm I dont have really new ones but ill give you ones I go too

Note: It's best to eat good quality food with types of cooking mentioned above because those dishes are best done right, so with that said if budgetting isnt really an issue here's whats on top of my head.

For good Italian - Acqua (shangrila) - Cozy too

"One of Philippines' Best Restaurants" Philippine Tatler, 2007

    - For a quick fix I'd say LaTegola or its other branches in the Ayala Mall near oh george, Lahug, Busay.
    - Guissepes gives their Pasta dishes justice
    - La Gondola they have antipasti, freshly baked pizzas to hot, tasty pasta dishes

    For Asian

    - My favorite Chinese resto is Tin Gow - Waterfront ( their Tofu to die for , order Seafood Hotpot )
    - I found Mizu good too- Waterfront
    - I used to like going to White Gold house if still open
    - Gran Con Chinese resto is good too

East west Fusion is anyones game, normally ive had it in Hotel restos ie Shangrila (Tea of Spring outlet), Waterfront but regular restaurants in city - im sure there must be one but for some reason cant think of one, hmmm oh! Spice Fusion is okay and that Tea Restaurant Place in Crossroads Banilad what was the name of that place used to be near old Krua Thai.

I know there are more , hope someone can think of new restuarants open with above type of cooking mentioned cause id sure like to taste something new too

And hey, I just went to Siknoys, ill post a mini review later. Dy, ya the chicken was good it was big so did a take home

...if you decide to go to Giuseppe's try their carpaccio cavaliere (sp?)...thinly sliced black angus ...on salad leaves with shaved parmesan and balsamic dressing... 5 stars akong rating for this
