Web Banners Ads Artists

I'm looking for anyone who can make web banners for my site. Phlist.com - Philippine Classifieds for Filipinos (Classified Ads Philippines).

Here are a few requirements:
1) The banners should be made in all formats listed here.

2) It should use the site logo.

My budget is up to Php 5,000.

how many banners are your requirements? Sizes? Are these static banners or animated/Flash?

Anyway, here are some of what I have done before.
