    So far I played COD4 sa ako m50sv at high settings(at 2x antialiasing) GF9500m GS 512mb dedicated plus(1.2gig shared), c2duo 1.83ghz, 4GB Ram. maybe ako ram helps a lot... very smooth..but i dont know with COD5 that will come out next year(daw)...

    i just sold a bnew gateway 6831-FX for 75k
    here's the specs:
    Core2Duo T5450
    3GB RAM
    250GB HDD
    8800M GTS 512MB
    17in WXGA+

    easily runs COD4 max settings @ 4x AA

    After installing Vista Ultimate 64bit(SP1) today
    mao ni ako new settings and my machine runs smoothly
    those people who plays COD4 kamo na ang mo judge..

    video mode------- ----1440x900
    screen refresh----- ----60hz
    AA--------------------- 4x
    sync every frame --------yes
    shadow------------------yes
    specular map-------------- yes
    depth of field-------------- yes
    glow---------------------- yes
    #of dynamic lights -------Normal(no further option)
    soften smoke edges--------yes
    ragdoll------------------- yes
    bullet impact------------ yes
    model detail------- ------Normal(no further option)
    water detail------ ------Normal(no further option)
    Number of corpses -----Insane(no further option)

    this is basically the COD4 max settings

    gipun an pa gyud ang sensation pagka kita nako sa lappy sa ako opismate iya gidala karon.

    an all black with confetti HP ( he bought in the states for app. PhP38K equivalent )

    turion x2 1.8ghz
    4gb DDR667
    250GB sata hdd
    512mb ati3650

    and a 17" lcd

    a monster lappy for that price...

    he said obsolete na daw ngadto..mau barato.

    bro makalaway jud bitaw didto ang mga laptop, ako convert2x sa price dri affordable ra jud kaau.
    good thing imo office mate kai didto cya gikan.
