I'd go for PC Quick Buys at SM.. they are quick... and mostly have the stocks... compared to other computers shops which are generally snobbish in nature..

Actually, it depends on what the person is looking for. Almost all shops have the same prices when it comes to hard disk, memory and other ordinary peripherals, and that includes ARCtech. But when it comes to the ARCtified systems, they admit that they don't have the lowest systems since they want to preserve the quality and service. As a WISE consumer, you should buy for the quality and not the for lowest price only. I'm not saying that he buys at ARCtech, I'm just suggesting that he makes sure that the company he's getting from, researches and tests their products before selling them so that they can give their customers the best support.

is PC QUICK BUYS good in their service? like threatment of warranties?

Yes... I could say so... but my first time experience with them was quite terrible.. When you need something just don't approach this ONE guy that seemingly knows nothing about computer...

because of him.. we went around Cebu to find a replacement part for my Laptop.. I really hate that time... when I spoke to their manager who no longer is working there.... she said they have that part only after 4 hours of searching... all over Cebu...

After that time.. Service was good... but then you should give everyone a chance right?
