3.0E E means ENET imo CPU ngano nipalit man ka ug Pentium E agwantaha na lang na kay mao na sakit sa mga pentium ron warag aircon nga daan ang iya sound

sakto to cla brod check your psu fan first basin naay nakabangil ana unya sa fan sa imo cpu unsa mana cya kanang iyang tingog mura lang og mag hadjong kusog kaau ayaw kaproblema ana normal ra na cya sa fan nga ingon ana ang tingog kay para man gud na mabugnawan ang cpu nimo suggest lang nako add more exhaust fan and intake fans or ganahan ka og dli saba ilisi imo cpu fan og mahalon solve na imo problem.......
