with regards to gd module, I will be migrating to a newer and faster server with GD 2 very soon. in the meantime, just resize your image before uploading it.
yup.. ive noticed that GD too.. was just pointing out to @dropbox, abt the GD mod.

at nay rate,.. lemme shoot you a pm,.. lets communicate from there on how the template would be lay outed.. if i have spare time in my corner i'll revamp the $ambo pages/template just tell me what components and modules that are used and the specs you guys wanted.
