Anyways, many are nurses here I believe, they know stuffs about healthbut of course, we nurses recommend that you check with your doctor.

ah so meaning.. carrier ka sa hep. b..naa koy clasmyt before nursing cya. nya required man mi nga mag pa hep b vaccine.. while nagpa screen mi positive cya. so gi advisan cya sa doctor nga mo stop ug nursing kay mao lang daw ghapun dili cya ka work abroad.

sa imo situation i think carrier ka. dili lng ka mo manifest sa symptoms sa hep b peru infectious ka. ang transmission aning hep b kay from exposure to infectious blood or body fluids containing blood. possible forms of transmission pud ang unprotected sexual contact, blood transfusions, re-use of contaminated needles.
ang hep a. kay makuha na sa food.
di na gyud diay ta maayo once naa ta ani? makuyawan man sad ta ani oi. mag-amping lang jud ta kanunay kay lisod na kung magkasakit. healthy lifestyle and be more cautious lang gyud ta, mas maayo kay aware na ta about ani.

u can always visit any doctor's office or if u already have a primary care provider/physician, u can ask or submit urself for Hep B titers first. Blood work ni sya, to know if u have been expose to Hep B virus. then, ask their advise if u can get vaccinated for Hep B. Better b safe than sorry...para nako lang ni ha. we get this ky we are very expose to this sa work area so protocol lang ni sya namo.
