    that's really true! been here for 4 months now and i cant wait to find for another job! i am from Marketing Team. Imagine, our old Manager resigned, then there's the replacement. The sad thing is, the new Manager only became the Manager its because there is no one hired yet for the position and he got the highest score in training!! Therefore, he was summoned for the position and lucky as he feel he is, he accepted it! Now, we are already suffering because of his inefficiency, kiss ass personality! as for the pay, 22K is the basic pay, no night diff, no allowances. but to tell you honestly, might as well work in other call centers coz you will even get a higher pay, plus the fact that the working encironment here is not nice! there are cameras all over the building, its like they dont trust their employees!!

    probably the reason why sige sila ug hire kay walay employee nga mu-last diri sa ilang company. and also why they give a higher salary compared to the current market para ma-enganyo mu-work sa ilang company...

    mao sad,ing ani ang scenario ba " for them it's so easy to fire these employees" but the fact is there they are,keep looking for new ones to fill in these vacancies"......

    i thought nausab na ang management...well at least from what ive heard, hapsay na daw ron. (dnt know how true though) i did apply here as CSR but ila ko gi endorse as copy editor ky wla daw ko experience sa sales...goodness!!! mkalisang and mka-ugtas ang exam super...dli kaya sa akong powers. hahaha cguro taas lng jud ila standards sa ila gpangita na employees.

    i work here now for 4 months na! all of the said comments are true! y au ang xlibris! bati ang management! i cant wait to wait for the end of september pra mkahawa na ko. true nga dako ila offer na salary pro mao rana tnan pud. even if night shift ka mag work, wlay night diff, wla pa jud allowance. naa ra cla van pra mag transport sa mga employees from fuente to the office, pro imagine a van kng pla ra ang masulod compared to how many6 people ang mutrabaho everyday?? also, ang kana asst. operations director, y au jud! napa jud, ang amo marketing manager ni resign den hapit nlang cya muhawa wla pa jud ikapuli so what they did kay kng knsa nag nka highest score sa training mao ila ghimo na manager..paet! y kwenta! mao muresign nlang ko kay dli ko gnahan akong superior kay maau pa ko!!
