Well, anywhere in Mindanao nindot jud puy-an:
First, if you are Muslim choose ARMM, christians are not welcome in this area at this point in time.
Second, If you are NPA symphatizer, stay in the mountainous barangay where you can support your comrades.
Third, If you are businessman then choose any city where you think your business could prosper.
