virus problem, need advice

guys, karon pa jud ko ka-encounter ani, na-virusan ang pc unya naay mga programs nga iyang gikaon, meaning mo-automatic minimize cya once imong i-open such as microsoft excel, the problem is ang pc kay way internet connection, i tried using updated COMBOFIX, SMITFRAUDFIX, FLASH DISENFECTOR and NOOB KILLER, but dili cya mo run kay access denied cya,
what should i do instead of reformatting? is there other way?
pls help me,

bro download ug malwarebytes... then i run sa safemode.. then make sure remove nimo tanan temp files sa IE.

by the way, naay kaspersky nga antivirus sa pc but the problem is dili siya updated kay wa cyay internet connection,, what should i do?

wat happens if mo access ka sa safe mode?

run disk clean up on the pc coz they may just be located on a temp directory the do the following:

get the location of the file
if file is in temp directory run disk cleanup
if file is in system volume informaiton- turn off system restore and restart

else do the following:

download trend micro damage clean up engine
Trend Micro

download trend micro system cleaner
Trend Micro

download the latest virus pattern files (controlled and i-download)
Trend Micro

download the latest spyware pattern files (.DA5 dapat ha)
Trend Micro Spyware Pattern Files

unzip all the files in one folder and run sysclean.com (ms-dos file)

try this to go to safemode.

Start>run>type "msconfig" (w/o the quotes)
then butangi ug check mark and safeboot.
click ok.
restart... diritso na sa safemode..

pero make sure nga giinstall na nimo tanan virus removal programs kay naay uban nga dili pde ma install sa safemode.. then run dayon imo virus removal tools.. ^^,
