Question: Aside from the President of the Republic (GMA), which person or group of persons wields the most power in the government today? if you can share one, please tell us why and with any significat event or proof. Than you :mrgreen:

Ay siyempre ang vice president...then ang senate then ang congress...pero sa tinuoray no kita baya jud na mga citizens ang naa jud untay power over this democratic country of ours...unsaon man la kaayo ta maenlightened kung unsa jud ang atong papel isip ordinaryong mamamayan sa nasud...

Actually the Vice President, people in the Senate and Congress has the absolute power already....... but we have to put in mind that they are our public servant and they are serving the people which is the Civillian Authority........Actually it is not the president who is the powerful person in a country but the Civillian Authority...the people whom they are serving......because the mass has the power to elect who they want to lead them.....but it seems that GMA was a very wise lady she can emasculate the power of the senate, and the congress and even hold the Police and Military Authority......[br]Date Posted: October 15, 2005, 08:53:33 AM_________________________________________________We have also to put in our mind that the people in Government are also included in the what we called masses or Civilian Authority.....
