yeah, i have to agree with most of the people here. If you read most of the biography sa mga successful band kai ni agi ma sila ug kalisod, they took odd jobs to support their music. Work at day play/practice at night to refine thier skills and create a unique sound all their own. They beg club managers to listen to their demo tape and play for free (or a couple glass of beers) just to have a audience that generatea a buzz.

So with that kind of environment you will see more original music, rather than a type of sound that is derivative of a current Fad.
