It really depends to the person, if he/she is used to using text messages w/incorrect spelling in the long run he/she might not notice it but he'll surely have a hard time remembering the correct spelling of a word or two.. if you are the type of person who is very particular on the correct spelling and grammar then it wouldn't affect you at all.

I would like to encourage everyone to use the correct spelling or correct grammar in sending messages so that we would not become a catalyst of this social problem. As the line i've read in municipality of Argao, "If you are not part of cure, then you are part of the problem!"
