with that kind of measurement you will have at least a 20 gals tank. Okay na siya for a planted tank pwede ra man gani mga 1 gal na tank. If you want to know more I'll PM you a site of our org.

I see bro, my brother, who is also here in istorya, leostargolem, has two RES turtles a year kapin na iya turtles. He puts lots of water ciculation in the water for good filtration, uses submersible filters with aerator.
Try to PM him about foods and stuffs on turtles, im sure you get good info based on experience.

actually there's no minimum size jud, as long as the plant, substrate fits, ok kaayo...but here's one catch, the smaller the tank, the more tedious it is. why?

small tanks has smaller volume of water, that means, water parameters fluctuates easily, that means its either frequent water changes or good filtration that doesn't ruin the scape. Temperatures swings frequently, unless you put it on an airconditioned room. Its quite a challenge, but its very possible. Main ingredient para sa gamay nga tank kay ang kugi ug pasensya. Im not discouraging smaller tanks, many had succeeded on planted nano tanks. ang ako lang, its not a beginners tanks. daghan ang bantayanan.

for medium and larger tanks, it has bigger volume of water, there's always an elbow room for errors. temperature may change, but not rapidly...
