the figures on your scorecard will determine which account you belong. HR will be the one to profile you for a certain account that best fits you and unfortunately you can't choose the program.

i applied last thursday for CSR as a walk-in applicant and had the final interview. The HR told me that I did fine on the interview and he's thinking of putting me on an Insurance account as a CSR or maybe TSR. However, as the account is full he'll have to put me on active file and will call me when the account is open for new members. No specific date, might even take a month or so.

Question... did I really pass or is that just the HR's nice way of saying I didn't? An applicant who applied for CSR at the same time as I did was given an endorsement to take the 2nd exam right after his final interview... =(

they would give u more tech exams pa to see if asa ka ma fit...

i would advise you to read your contract when you had your job offer with teletech, make sure that you didn't sign a non-competing clause (NCC) because if you did, your banned to work for a different cc in a period of time as stipulated.
