hmmm... sorry guys... but maybe you're calling the wrong customer service... coz everytime i call them usually in the morning... pagkahapon solve na akong prob... muanha sila or they talk it over the fone... like re programming the modem... pinging ur connection... or sometimes they came over to clean the corroded fone lines... i think they have the best customer service (at least for me). try calling this number next time 2315600 gud luck!

had our line checked n fixed today by PLDT due to line noise... ok so far.. happy nako..
