starting salary depends on ur schedule if it is 5x8 or 6x6. to the best of my knowledge 6x6 sched has a starting salary of 14k. (& i have some questions bwt the salary increase aftr 6 months) since there are rumors bwt that. after 6 months ul have transpo and rice allow 3k.. but u will have of cors free meals strting day 1. hehehe

i am not sure if for new hirees they are offered the regular 5x8 sched. when i was hired last oct 2007 the starting salary was 13k and will increase after 6 months. 14.5k after 6 months and if ul reach 1 yr it will increase again and so far as what i knw from veteran agents, it will increase every year. transpo and rice allowance will be there after 6 months. 2.5k only for those who are in 5x8 sched.

i've been with wats for almost two years na..you will have the rice and transpo allowance when you turn six months..that is if you get regularized..

i applied for wats 2 times already i think. first was last 2005 then second was 2006. wa jud ko nadawat. wa gani ko kapasar sa exam. hahaha.

ang ako sad problem aning western wats noh kay murag they have something against me. i passed my application online twice last 2005 but i never got a call. karon napud ni apply napud ko sa ilang website wala gihapon ko tawgi. guba tingy akong landline noh? saon...

wats has one exam ra..that is written..all about grammar basically..hehehe sayon ra..

congratz! unsa na sched imoha? so unsa man trainee pa ka. ingna ko beh unsa ila new salary system ky gsto mobalik ao amiga dri nya gsto nko xa i-assure na mo-increase gypon ang swldo. kt der r rumorz that it salry will be stagnant! hmmmm

if 6x6 mura fixed na ang sched sa wats..but higher daw ang income compared sa 5x8..not sure..

naa mu kaila nursing grads or RN work dire? basin parehas pud ni sila sa uban na magduha2 dawat.. dah, lau2 raba.. hehehe i'l giv a try dire, faet au sa aku naaplyan, ingnan jud ko mas better ma nurse kaysa agent.. hehehe
