interested unta ko sa non-voice account but the HR told me that i need to secure a waiver from my previous call center company sa daw coz of contract chuva otherwise i have to wait for 1 year pa... nya wa man waiver oi. di jud mo modawat noh bisan wala waiver?

question to PUGNAC, i sent an online application (resume and cover letter) via mynimo.com in response to their job ad yesterday but why is it that i havent been called or emailed to by convergys?

We asked Convergys about this. They admitted about the delay due to numerous applications sent online. There could also be other factors that contribute to the delay, like your cellphone being unreachable during the time of their call (so they move-on to process the next application).

For most call center job vacancies, we suggest that applicants send their applications both online and in person for faster processing.

kinsay taga convergys banawa dri? nahan ta ko mag lateral transfer from sprint to microsoft. unsay maayo steps buhaton originally, when i got the job offer, i intended to be in microsoft or any technical support account but that time sometime on july 2007, unavailable ang microsoft account. any ideas and suggestions please open pud ko ug timewarner etc accounts

pwede ra man lateral transfer. ask your TL na ganahan ka transfer sila ra mo process ana.

and yes mo dawat ang convergys ug nursing graduates. then kahibaw sad sila that sooner or later mo resign gyud ka kay mo abroad ka and dili ka nila pugngan ..good luck!
