I paid 669.14 for Fedex, which is ok, because I wanted them safe and quick... I was not willing to wait for weeks... hehe

wow thats pretty good.... whats the damage for the import tax...i remember paying a ton from items shipped from the US (well i guess it based on the amount your purchase.)

Ordered today again from playasia, this time a higher amount.
Lets see how long it takes this time and if I have to pay import tax or not... should be no tax at all... but hey! Welcome to RP.

Update: Takes LONG this time... since almost 24h "Preparing your order"... that is disappointing.

And arrived again... tax free as usual with fedex.
But I will try next time to order from amazon via JAC NJ, takes a week, but is cheap and tax free too.

Have a question on play asia. If you are using the free shipping option how long will your order arrive in the phils?

Is the free shipping a door-to-door delivery or you have to go to the post office and claim it there? Are there any charges in the post office here in the phils?

i ordered final fantasy x in play-asia through free shipping airmail. it arrived about 15 days. the postman delivered it door-to-door but he charged me with P35.00 for customs duties. the item is in very good condition.

15 days?! That sucks. To think if I compare their prices(PS3 games) to iTech, its almost the same. I rather buy it here. If Im in a hurry, adding 600pesos aint bad.

That said, I order from Amazon. Member of Amazon Prime, let it ship to Johnny Air(to be safe that there are no customs + sometimes, if they wont send it thru DHL, it will take weeks to 2 months!), and it gets here in a week or week and a half a tmost.

i only order games through play-asia if its rare or no longer available locally. if you want it fast, ship it through FEDEX, I ordered two games (God of War II and Virtua Fighter 4: Evolution)for the same shipping price (about P600+) and it arrived the day after i ordered it online. A day to be exact.

I ordered everything I wanted from Play-Asia via Fedex (600+), and it arrived always on the next day early in the morning.
