Capt. Marimon, dead or alive? Does that still make a difference? How about those 700++ lost lives?

It will give justice to those family left behind the victims . For that to accompliosh it , SULPICIO is responsible for that payback but then again CAPTAIN MARIMON is needed to pin down SULPICIO .

The crew that survived ? I dont think its that strong as a testimony since what difference would it make from the passengers who survived ? Lain na level ang testimony na mo gawas sa ba^ba^ ni MARIMON .

Shall we have another DNA test for the buried body of Marimon?maybe this is just a result of too much watching ASERO and other action movies.

Wishful thinking but seeing Capt. Marimon alive seems to be a very distant possibility. But personally, I don't need Capt. Marimon to bring down SLI. SLI has cost more than 5000 lives so far, that alone will tell about their reputation.

.. do you really have an idea to how important Marimon's testimonial will be in this case ?? He's the gauge of the fate of Sulpicio and of course, no matter how we look at it, Sulpicio and Marimon made a mistake that day by being complacent. And isn't it weird that some of the crew survived while the captain died ?? In events such as this, ship owners usually " KILL " their captains to avoid further legal ramifications.

Have you seen the news?? Ang mga crew nga nagsurvive kay mga young and fit ra tawn (i dont know if there were any women bast mostly men) I know and I have seen the captain before because didto mi magstambayan og magjamming sa ilang balay sauna, hinayon na 2g lihok kay medjo edaran na nya naa pajud arthritis.. Bisan pag unsa 2 xa ka-experience sa dagat, pero sa kadagko sa bawd a2 na time nya sa iyang physical condition, would you still think it's "WEIRD" na wa xa kasurvive nya ang ubang younger crews ang nakasurvive??

..i understand your sentiment coz you're friends with the captain or anything like that. But point is, his experience alone will save him, physical endurance is not a factor with captains.

I understand what you mean. But the point here is, the investigators have closed the case involving the status of Marimon by declaring him dead.So how can we prove the incident if we will just point all our fingers at Marimon being the most responsible or the key of this tragedy?Again"Dead man tellls no Tale".

AFAIK, the Marimon is no-noob of a Captain. He is Sulpicio's one-of-the-best if not the-best, go figure...
