I just love my job and fortunate enough to have the job that I was longing since college.
and for that I love my company whatever weaknesses they may have.
if people comes to work just because it has a bigger salary
then you will have a problem staying in that company for a long period of time.
Enjoy your work. cause there are of people who are willing to replace you anytime.![]()

Maayo unta kun ipadala ta sa atong company abroad purely for rest and recreation... pero kun trabaho lang gihapon atong adtoan didto abroad dili kaayo ko ma excited. Medyo and akong masulti mao ni: These companies (including mine) sent Pinoy talents abroad because of their skill and the cost advantage. Pero nindot ni nga concept kay At the end of the day ang Pinoy employee is happy kay naka abroad ug ang MN employer is also happy (mas dako ang katawa sa employer) kay naka save in terms of cost...
