yup... simcard included already... dritso na gamit... the device itself will install its user interface to ur pc... software is built-in so no need to install device driver. select... globe visibilty prepaid... then let the software detect your device... then click connect... thats it. P2500 includes the simcard. charge rate is 5php per 15 mins... 20 per hour. tip: if u connect... dont disconnect immediately coz ur remaining minutes will go to waste...
