Looks good at first glance. Personal preference would tell me to bump up RAM to 4GB, and get more HD space. Also I dont think you'll need that 1GB video card memory if you are jsut gonna run 1 22" 1680x1050 monitor. Thats just me though.

recommend ko 4850 or 4870, are you going for SLI? if not, pangita lang og mas cheaper na mobo
